Platform Overview

How TradePilot Works

TradePilot is an execution-first trading platform for users who want a clear strategy, controlled risk, and an understandable path from setup to live automation.

1. Create your workspace

Create an account and choose the markets and execution mode you want to use.

2. Connect OANDA safely

Use your OANDA account ID and API token, then begin in Practice mode while you validate the connection.

3. Configure the strategy and risk

Select allowed pairs, choose fixed units or balance-percentage sizing, and set the limits that protect your account.

4. Enable automated execution

When your setup is ready, enable automation. TradePilot routes entries and exits, records activity, and keeps a visible audit trail.

Common Questions

What does TradePilot do?

TradePilot connects OANDA to a rules-based forex strategy, applies user-selected risk controls, and routes trades automatically when enabled.

Who is TradePilot for?

TradePilot is built for traders who want a repeatable execution workflow, understandable account controls, and an audit trail of activity.

Does TradePilot place trades automatically?

Yes. Pro users can connect OANDA, configure the strategy and risk settings, and enable automated execution. Practice mode is recommended first.

How does TradePilot receive strategy actions?

TradePilot processes strategy webhook events, records the action, and routes it only when the account, pair, and automation settings allow it.

Can beginners use TradePilot?

The setup is designed to be straightforward, but automated trading still carries risk. New users should begin in Practice mode and understand every setting first.
